Bain Capital completed a $250m investment in Cuisine Solutions.

Bain Capital, a private multi-asset alternative investment firm, completed a $250m investment in Cuisine Solutions, a sous vide foods producer. “Stanislas, Felipe, and the management team have done an outstanding job building Cuisine Solutions into a clear leader in the fast-growing sous vide market that is recognized by many of the world’s top chefs.
