Brookfield completed the acquisition of Hotel Princesa Plaza from Savills for €175m.

Brookfield, an alternative asset management company, completed the acquisition of Hotel Princesa Plaza from Savills, a provider of real estate services, for €175m. The asset comprises three buildings and a total area of ​​almost 60k sq m distributed across hotel, retail, office and parking uses. The four-star hotel includes 423 rooms with three F&B units and almost 1k sq m of event space.
