One Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of ACI Corporate Online Banking, a cash management solution services provider, from ACI Worldwide, a payment systems company, for $100m. “ACI’s corporate banking solution is highly regarded and used by many top-tier banks globally.
