Eptec Group completed the acquisition of AMCG.

Eptec Group, a provider of asset preservation and maintenance services, completed the acquisition of Australian Marine Contractors Group, a provider of provision of mechanical & building maintenance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The AMCG team and its existing clients will sit within Eptec’s Defence Business in WA reporting to Luca Talmesio, Eptec’s State Manager WA & NT.
