Metistone Equity Partners and Bumhan Industries completed the acquisition of Doosan Mecatec from Doosan Heavy Industries.

Metistone Equity Partners, a private equity firm, and Bumhan Industries, a pressure air compressor provider, completed the acquisition of Doosan Mecatec, a chemical process equipment provider, from Doosan Heavy Industries, a heavy industrial company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
