Atlas Holdings completed the acquisition of Foster Farms.

Atlas Holdings, a diversified group of manufacturing, distribution, service and trading businesses, completed the acquisition of Foster Farms, a family-owned provider of fresh, frozen, and prepared poultry products headquartered in Livingston, California. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I love the poultry industry and am proud that Atlas has asked me to become the CEO of Foster Farms.
