Pristyn Care completed the acquisition of Lybrate from Nexus Venture.

Pristyn Care, a provider of advanced surgical care, completed the acquisition of Lybrate, a developer of an online multi-specialty telemedicine platform, from Nexus Venture, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Given the increasing demand for online health services, Lybrate makes a compelling strategic fit to give access to primary care to our patients via online consultation services.
