Vance Street Capital and Apogem Capital completed the acquisition of Motion Dynamics.

Vance Street Capital, a Los Angeles based private equity firm, and Apogem Capital, an alternatives investment manager, completed the acquisition of Motion Dynamics, a medical equipment manufacturing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Motion Dynamics was an outstanding investment for Fund II, and we are excited that Chris and the rest of the Motion Dynamics team chose to partner with Vance Street again.
