Groupe Isolofoam completed the acquisition of Groupe Legerlite.

Groupe Isolofoam, a Canadian manufacturer of insulation products, completed the acquisition of Groupe Legerlite, a polystyrene foam provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The structure, roles and responsibilities as well as the contact persons remain the same.
