Mobsuccess completed the acquisition of Vectaury from Jolt Capital.

Mobsuccess, a specialist in local digital marketing, completed the acquisition of Vectaury, an adtech company, from Jolt Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Vectaury has done a fantastic job of evangelization and democratization of drive to store in France.
