Jamtkraft completed the acquisition of three wind farms of Wallenstam.

Jamtkraft, a company which engages in producing, distributing, and selling electric power, completed the acquisition of three wind farms of Wallenstam, a Swedish property company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition is completely aligned with the company’s strategy of developing wind power in the region. We are looking forward to adding this production to our renewable electricity portfolio and in the longer term to also be able to upgrade the wind turbines with modern technology,” Kerstin Arnemo, Jamtkraft Board Chairman.
