Alera Group to acquire Wharton Business Group.

Alera Group, an independent, national insurance and wealth services firm, agreed to acquire Wharton Business Group, an independent firm providing comprehensive consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Wharton Business Group has more than 30 years of experience serving clients and is an exciting addition to our national wealth services platform.
