Howden Group completed the acquisition of TigerRisk Partners from Flexpoint Ford.

Howden Group, an international insurance broking group, completed the acquisition of TigerRisk Partners, a risk, capital and strategic advisor, from Flexpoint Ford, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
