Oak Hill Capital-backed Berlin Packaging completed the acquisition of Andler Packaging Group.

Oak Hill Capital-backed Berlin Packaging, the world's largest hybrid packaging supplier, completed the acquisition of Andler Packaging Group, a value-added distributor of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures. Financial terms were not disclosed.
