AssetMark to acquire Adhesion Wealth from Vestmark.

AssetMark, a provider of extensive wealth management and technology solutions that power independent financial advisors and their clients, agreed to acquire Adhesion Wealth, a provider of outsourced managed accounts, including sophisticated and customized investment solutions, from Vestmark, a provider of wealth management solutions and services which enables financial advisors and institutions to efficiently manage and trade their clients'​ portfolios using an innovative SaaS ecosystem.
