Verdane completed the acquisition of Amp Eleven for $41m.

Verdane, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Amp Eleven, a Norwegian investment vehicle, for $41m. “The Amp Eleven portfolio partnership, made possible by our flexible mandate to invest in portfolios, allows us to access fast-growing, ambitious and attractive companies with potential to scale.
