Voith, a technology group, completed the acquisition of a 79.5% stake in ARGO-HYTOS, a producer and developer of components and systems for the hydraulic industry, from CAPCELLENCE, an independent investment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By combining the competencies and resources of ARGO-HYTOS and Voith, we want to offer our customers significant added value.
