Transcontinental completed the acquisition of ERPI from Pearson.

Transcontinental, a packaging, commercial printing and specialty media company, completed the acquisition of ERPI, an educational publishing firm, from Pearson, an education publishing and assessment service firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
