BACHL completed the acquisition of Hammerl from AURELIUS.

BACHL, a manufacturer of construction materials, completed the acquisition of Hammerl, a manufacturer of blown film products in Germany from AURELIUS, an asset management group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The transaction will strengthen both BACHL and Hammerl.
