Krombacher Group completed the acquisition of Heil- und Mineralquellen Germete.

Krombacher Group, a privately owned brewery in Germany, completed the acquisition of Heil-und Mineralquellen Germete, a mineral water company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Following the transaction, Heil- und Mineralquellen Germete's production site will be maintained and the brand business will be further expanded, Krombacher said in a statement. It added that the transaction opens up 'new opportunities' for the group, particularly in terms of integrating many Krombacher non-alcoholic beverages.
