Atrys Health completed the acquisition of Bienzobas for $75m.

Atrys Health, a provider of precision medical diagnostic and treatment services, completed the acquisition of Bienzobas, a medical oncology company, for $75m. “This capital increase highlights the attractiveness of our company after jumping to the Main Market and confirms the interest of both national and international investors to join us in our ambitious growth plan.
