KKR-backed MasterD completed the acquisition of Implika Educación from Suma Capital.

KKR-backed MasterD, a vocational training company, completed the acquisition of Implika Educación, an educational group, from Suma Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal has been instrumentalized through the MasterD group, which, through this transaction, expands its offer of services in the face-to-face and distance education market, and continues to consolidate its unstoppable career as a national leader in the sector.
