Outdoor Life Group Nederland Gouderak, a timber company, completed the acquisition of Royal Well, a maker and seller of greenhouses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have worked hard in recent years to make Royal Well a leading player in the field of greenhouses, hotbeds and related items. We want to offer our customers everything for optimal growing pleasure and we think we have succeeded in that. Given our age and the lack of succession, we started looking for a party to entrust our activities to. In OLG we have found a partner to take Royal Well to the next phase by further professionalizing our business processes.
