Wabtec, a global supplier for freight and transit rail, to acquire Collins Aerospace Systems’ Arinc Rail Solutions business from Raytheon, an American multinational aerospace and defense conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ARINC’s rail solutions systems, coupled with Wabtec’s digital and electronics portfolio, will accelerate the industry’s journey of rail optimization.
