Wabtec to acquire Collins Aerospace Systems’ Arinc Rail Solutions business from Raytheon.

Wabtec, a global supplier for freight and transit rail, to acquire Collins Aerospace Systems’ Arinc Rail Solutions business from Raytheon, an American multinational aerospace and defense conglomerate. Financial terms were not disclosed. "ARINC’s rail solutions systems, coupled with Wabtec’s digital and electronics portfolio, will accelerate the industry’s journey of rail optimization. Our combined technologies will optimize the rail network and deliver a rail ecosystem with increased productivity, efficiency and safety," Nalin Jain, Wabtec Digital Electronics President.
