Telehealth services providers VSee Lab and iDoc Telehealth Solutions, agreed to go public via a SPAC merger with Digital Health Acquisition, a blank cheque company, in a $110m deal. “The telehealth industry is currently considered to be among the most attractive industries in terms of growth potential.
