Perwyn-backed Miss Group, a provider of web hosting services, completed the acquisition of PrivateVPN, a private VPN provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The opportunity to invest in PrivateVPN presented a unique situation to acquire the fastest-growing private VPN product worldwide and is an important addition to our growing portfolio.
