Central National Gottesman completed the acquisition of Lewis Paper.

Central National Gottesman, a distributor of pulp and paper, completed the acquisition of Lewis Paper, a distributor of paper, packaging and wide-format products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition spans two of CNG’s North American regions currently served by Lindenmeyr Munroe and Kelly Spicers. Each organization will absorb the Lewis Paper operations in its own geographic region, which includes six facilities located throughout Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Colorado.
