GTM Caldic completed the acquisition of Active Pharmaceuticals.

GTM Caldic, a global value add distributor and solution provider of food ingredients and specialty chemicals for the life sciences and industrial formulation markets, completed the acquisition of Active Pharmaceuticals, a value-add pharma distribution company specialized in providing innovative products and solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Active Pharmaceutica has established a strong foothold in the Brazilian pharmaceutical sector with a unique value-add proposition that is fully aligned with Caldic's strategy.
