Owens Corning completed the acquisition of Natural Polymers.

Owens Corning, a manufacturer of glass fiber utilized in composites and building materials, completed the acquisition of Natural Polymers, a manufacturer of spray polyurethane foam insulation for building and construction applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition advances Owens Corning’s strategy to strengthen our core building and construction products and expand our addressable markets into higher-growth segments.
