Ennismore to acquire Rixos Hotels and Paris Society Group from Accor.

Ennismore, a real estate services firm, agreed to acquire hotels Rixos Hotels and Paris Society Group from Accor, a hospitality services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In only a few years, Accor together with Sharan Pasricha, Fettah Tamince and Laurent de Gourcuff, the three talented founders of Ennismore, Rixos and Paris Society, have built a powerhouse of global lifestyle brands supported by dedicated entrepreneurs and talented teams," Sebastien Bazin, Accor Chairman and CEO.
