HDI International, an insurance services provider, and Meiji Yasuda Life Insurance, a life insurance company, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake in Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Europa from Getin Holding and Getin Noble Bank. Financial terms were not disclosed.
