VOX Carrier and VOX Technologies to merge in VOX Solutions.

VOX Carrier, a provider of international voice and messaging services, and VOX Technologies, a developer of a smart container system, agreed to merge in VOX Solutions, a provider in the area of A2P voice and messaging monetization.
