InfraVia Capital Partners and Waterland Private Equity completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Blue Phoenix Group from Daiwa International Capital Partners.

InfraVia Capital Partners, a private equity firm specialized in infrastructure and technology investments, and Waterland Private Equity, an independent private equity investment group that supports entrepreneurs in realizing their growth ambitions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Blue Phoenix Group, an operator of incinerator bottom ash processing installations, from Daiwa International Capital Partners, a company offer a global network of resource. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I am very pleased to start a long-term partnership with InfraVia with whom we share the same vision for the business, and which will allow us to accelerate our growth outside our core countries, pursue improvement in our existing business as well as invest further in developing sustainable solutions for the waste management supply chain,” Paul Knight, Blue Phoenix Group CEO.
