InfraVia Capital Partners, a private equity firm specialized in infrastructure and technology investments, and Waterland Private Equity, an independent private equity investment group that supports entrepreneurs in realizing their growth ambitions, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Blue Phoenix Group, an operator of incinerator bottom ash processing installations, from Daiwa International Capital Partners, a company offer a global network of resource.
