Ufenau Capital Partners, a privately-owned Swiss Investor Group, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in DATALOGUE, a full-service data analytics provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very pleased that Ufenau will provide us with new opportunities to jointly expand data monetisation in marketing & sales faster and more comprehensively.
