Remeo, a Finnish environmental services company, agreed to acquire Delete Recycling, a recycling services business, for $38m. As a result of the strategic review launched in 2018, Delete has investigated the potential sale of one or several of its business areas or sub-segments thereof, other than the Industrial Cleaning business area. Following the completion of the transaction, Delete will no longer operate in the recycling services business area, and the company will focus on the long-term development of Cleaning Services.
