CrunchTime! Information Systems completed the acquisition of Zenput.

CrunchTime! Information Systems, a back-of-house operations platform provider for the restaurant industry, completed the acquisition of Zenput, an operations management software. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The restaurant industry has changed so dramatically in the last two years.
