BW Energy to acquire FPSO Cidade de Vitoria from Saipem for $73m.

BW Energy, a growth-focused oil and gas company, agreed to acquire FPSO Cidade de Vitoria, a floating production storage and offloading unit, from Saipem, an Italian multinational oilfield services company, for $73m. “Establishing a solid working relationship with Brazilian authorities and other stakeholders is key to a successful Maromba development.
