Investis Holding to acquire Home Service.

Investis Holding, a residential real estate company, agreed to acquire Home Service, a property management company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This company perfectly complements our existing subsidiaries in the Facility Services business. The acquisition will help us develop our services further and strengthen our profile in the national market," Walter Eberle, Investis Head of Real Estate Services.
