Arthur J. Gallagher & Co completed the acquisition of INNOVU Group.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co, a US-based global insurance brokerage and risk management services firm, completed the acquisition of INNOVU Group, a retail insurance broker. Financial terms were not disclosed. "INNOVU gives us our first on-the-ground presence in Ireland and a fantastic opportunity to expand in this growing economic region.
