SERCAB, Proserto and VAL’HEURE to form SERCAB GROUP.

Swiss companies active in the gemstone cutting and setting industry SERCAB, Proserto and VAL’HEURE agreed to form SERCAB GROUP, a firm manufacturing of jewellery and similar products. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic merger aims at consolidating the position of the three companies in the Swiss market of gemstones cutting and setting for the industry of luxury watches and jewelry.
