Goldman Sachs Asset Management to acquire of a stake in Clear Insurance Management.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management, an American multinational investment bank and financial services company, agreed to acquire of a stake in Clear Insurance Management, a Chartered Insurance Broker arranging business insurance and home insurance for various sectors. Financial terms were not disclosed. Since ECI’s partnership, Clear Group has increased its headcount by 175%, and now employs over 600 people across 15 locations. It has also trebled its premiums, today handling over £330m. This growth demonstrates the quality of the Clear Group platform and people.
