proALPHA, a provider of ERP software for mid-market companies, agreed to acquire Empolis, a content management and knowledge management software company, from Afinum Management, a private equity general partner firm, and Attensity Group, a provider of corporate insight solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The solutions of proALPHA and Empolis are a perfect match, with the integration providing real added value to our customer base and new customers the like.
