Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, a firm that develops and fields transformative, affordable technology, platforms, and systems, completed the acquisition of a 9.95% stake in KTT CORE, a provider of turbine technology services, from Pegasus Residual. Financial terms were not disclosed.
