UMB Financial to acquire the health savings account business of Old National Bancorp.

UMB Financial, a financial services company, agreed to acquire the health savings account business of Old National Bancorp, a bank holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Our strategic focus continues to be on growth in the direct-to-employer space. This acquisition provides significant business gain and a strong, experienced team that will complement our organic growth efforts,” Phil Mason, UMB Director of Healthcare Services.
