Partners Group to acquire Perpetual for $1.3bn.

Partners Group, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Perpetual, an investment company, for $1.3bn. Partners Group is a big private equity investor globally. The firm set up an Australian buyouts team a few years ago, and has bid for businesses including Healius.
