Atlas Copco to acquire Shangdong Chinco Pumps.

Atlas Copco, a manufacturer of industrial tools and equipment, agreed to acquire Shangdong Chinco Pumps, a vacuum systems provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Shandong Jinggong Pumps is an agile company with a strong manufacturing system and high quality standards. This acquisition is in line with our localization strategy and adds an experienced manufacturing and machining companies," Geert Follens, Atlas Copco Regional President.
