Atlas Copco, a manufacturer of industrial tools and equipment, agreed to acquire Shangdong Chinco Pumps, a vacuum systems provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Shandong Jinggong Pumps is an agile company with a strong manufacturing system and high quality standards.
