Goldman Sachs Asset Management completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Clear Group from ECI.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Clear Group, a chartered insurance broker, from ECI, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This deal signals confidence both in our business and in the long-term direction of the market sector in which we operate.
